    Very disappointed General Tso's Chicken not spicy at all and tasted like a vinegar mix of sort and 2 orders of Cheese wantons tasted sour tasting not sweet like i am used to and Hunan Beef not Spicy either.

    Ordered carryout bourbon chicken to take home an hour and a half away while I was in town. Unfortunately,  what we got was not what we ordered and we couldn't eat it. Thirty five dollars wasted,  very disappointed.

    Ordered lunch today and one of the meals, the chicken was clearly not fully cooked, very very pink. I called and asked for a refund. They said "we don't do refunds". They offered to bring us another meal, they did and we just didn't have the stomach to eat their food after that. Very disappointed that we paid so much for food that we couldn't eat. Very poor customer service.

    The food was good. But the staff were awful. I was disconnected while checking if coupon was valid. Called back put on hold and they came back and said bring coupon and we will deduct. When I got their they said chx fried rice is not a dinner and refused coupon. Own your word. I should have left the food there. I will not be back. If you say the coupon will be deducted then deduct it.

    I just ordered from your restaurant thru grub hub.  I've ordered once before from you as well.   The food tastes great but I asked for added vegetables and mushrooms in my lo mein each time but don't get them.   I can't see a choice for additional items so I just typed it in where asked too.  I enjoy your menu but would like more vegetables and to add mushrooms  next time I order.   What can I do to my order next time to get this?

    I honestly have to say this is excellent Chinese food. Oriental wok is good but Hot wok is hands down delicious.  I'm glad I found this place

    I ordered a Coke (beverage), but on your menu is says "Coka," so I think it was overlooked since I did not receive it on my delivery Order ID: 523060709.  Can you refund it $1.60 back to the Visa CC I used?  Thank you, Amber Kindsvogel

    Lunch prices are great and they include a free chicken-on-a-stick which is aweomse cause it’s not listed. Dinner portions are big and I always have enough to take home. They’re all around a great restaurant.

    Genuinely the greatest Chinese food in the tristate. Everything is made fresh to order and the portions are never easily finished off. 10 of 10 any day of the week.

    This is the best Chinese food ever! I eat here like once a week and it’s always the best quality and the service is awesome they’re friendly as can be and they cook very fast without compromising quality. Hands down best Chinese food in NKY. I rate it a 10 out of 10. I’ll be coming here a lot

    Hello,
      I placed a lunch order today and was not very satisfied with the bourbon chicken. Usually, your food is fantastic and we enjoy frequenting your establishment while working. The bourbon chicken lunch was very dry, pieces of chicken were burnt and I had to throw many pieces away. It was the first time we’ve ever had a disappointing meal and thought we’d provide the feedback.

    I ordered food on-line expecting it to be ready for pick up and found it was a waste of time.  They did not have my food ready and did not even start preparing it till I paid. Poor customer service.  My Pepper Steak had no flavor and was mostly onion and green pepper with little meat.

    Went to Hot Wik this evening.  Food was good as was the service, but the prices were high and the dinner entrees were not very big. I will NOT be going back as it the prices are much higher than strip mall Chinese Restaurant food should be.
